On Sunday 13 October 2024, the 18th edition of the Half Marathon, the international half marathon (21 km) through the city's most picturesque places, returns at 9.00 a.m.
Meeting point at 7.30 a.m. in Via Contessa Matilde.
The Pisa Half Marathon is a FIDAL competitive race and only regularly registered athletes may participate. Non-member foreign athletes participating for tourist-sports purposes may also take part in the event, without submitting a medical certificate.
Race packs can be collected on Saturday 12 October at the Expo Village in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On the same day, at 8.45 a.m., the VI edition of the Pisa Ten, the family run of the Pisa Half Marathon, will be held: the 10 km race of the city of Pisa. It is a non-competitive race open to all and will start from Via Contessa Matilde.
This year the Pisa Ten is dedicated to Dr Barbara Capovani to condemn all forms of violence against women. The proceeds will be donated to the charity association Per Donare La Vita Onlus.

Pisa Half Marathon and Walls of Pisa still together for the promotion of tourist and cultural attractions. During the weekend of the event, from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th October, those who will present themselves at one of the 4 entrances of the Walls with the race bib, including family members, will be entitled to a ticket for 4 euros instead of 5.
