The Park
Foresta a San Rossore (Parco Naturale Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli)The park is divided into various estates, located both south and north of the mouth of the Arno. To the south of the mouth of the Arno are the Tombolo estate, which includes the Cornacchiaia-Ulivo nature reserve and the Coltano estate, which includes the Bosco degli Allori nature reserve. To the north of the mouth of the Arno there is the San Rossore estate, which includes the nature reserves of Paludetto, Palazzetto, Lame di Fuori and Bosco di San Bartolomeo, the Migliarino estate, which includes the nature reserves of Bocca of Serchio, Bozzone, Fiumaccio, Bufalina and dell'Ugnone, and the Southern Marshes of Massaciuccoli. Finally, in the province of Lucca there are the Northern Marshes, Lake Massaciuccoli the natural reserves of Guidicciona and Lecciona, the latter being part of the Borbonese estate, and Macchia Lucchese.
