From November 9th to 11th, the Pisa Book Festival returns, one of the most anticipated Italian cultural events of the year, with over 200 events scheduled, national and international guests and 160 independent exhibitors from all over Italy.

 

Those who once visited the festival always gladly come back to relive the extraordinary party atmosphere that is breathed in the three days at the Palazzo dei Congressi, going round the stands and participating in meetings with cult authors and the great names of the Italian literary scene.

 

Spain is the Country of Honor 2018 and Pisa is preparing to welcome the most celebrated authors of the literary scene: Dolores Redondo, Rosa Montero, Lorenzo Silva, Domingo Villar and José Ovejero, protagonists at the Palazzo dei Congressi with illustrator Ester Garcia and his tables. Also scheduled a special tribute to Muriel Spark, the great Scottish writer, on the centenary of his birth.
