The exhibition 'L'altra Parte' by the Pisan artist Paolo Rizzi will take place from 7 to 28 December at the Spazio Espositivo Sopra Le Logge, in Via degli Uffizi 1, Pisa. On display are 36 paintings, mainly oil paintings, mostly developed with an original technique developed by the artist himself. The exhibition, under the patronage of the Municipality, will be inaugurated on Wednesday 7 December at 6 p.m. and can be visited free of charge every day: from Monday to Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Paolo Rizzi was born in Pisa in 1967 and started painting at the age of 20 in Milan, where he studied communication and graduated in philosophy. He works in the field of communication and teaching. He learnt to paint from the masters he met on his way. Over the years he has been confronted with different styles, both informal and figurative. He has solo and group exhibitions to his credit. He exhibited for the first time in Milan in 1988, then in Pisa, Bologna, Barcelona, and Santo Domingo in 2010, at the Hotel El Ambajador, the venue of an international exhibition on Made in Italy, in Livorno Galleria Il Melograno. Recently in Naples, Castel dell'Ovo, in Milan at the Cael gallery. In Pisa, in December, he will be presenting works produced mainly over the last three years.
