From the White Rabbit to the Mad Hatter, from the Caterpillar to the Queen of Hearts, the characters from Alice in Wonderland are preparing to live out their adventures on the Walls of Pisa. On Friday 26 and Saturday 27 May, the dancers and performers of the Compagnia Con.Cor.D.A./Movimentoinactor will stage the high altitude dance-theatre show "That Wonder Alice walking on the Walls of Pisa", inspired by the works of Lewis Carroll. A story that is still capable of arousing curiosity and interest in all ages, told through the language of dance, a marvellous walk in stages on the top of the city walls with the suggestive view of Piazza dei Miracoli at sunset.
Departure at 7 p.m. with access from Torre Santa Maria, ticket price €10 including access to the Walls, €5 for children under 8. During the performance and until 7.45 p.m., the section of the Walls above Piazza dei Miracoli will be reserved for those who purchase a ticket for the event. Patrons who wish to walk along this stretch without attending the show will be able to do so before or between 7.45 p.m. and the closure of the monument.
