21st Triathlon Sprint Silver Rank Marina di Pisa-Tirrenia (Silvia VOLPI Memorial) - Oct. 15 and 16, 2022 - Tuscany Cup Race 2022
The 21st Silver Rank Triathlon Sprint Silver Rank organized by Polisportiva Phisio Sport Lab returns to Tirrenia, below are the two events that will be held in Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia:
-October 15, 2022 - 2nd Team CRONO TT Triathlon City of Tirrenia (PI)
12:30-14:30 Race packet and start order tag pickup Bagno Imperiale Tirrenia
14:00-15:10 Opening/Closing Change Zone
15:15 Preparation of M and F athletes in the boxes for the start of the race
15:30 Triathlon SPRINT M and F race DEPARTURE on the instructions of the Referee Judge.
17:15 Awards Ceremonies, as soon as the rankings validated by the Referee Judge are ready! Changeover Zone in Belvedere Square Tirrenia (PI).
-October 16, 2022 (morning) - Tirrenia (PI)
5th Edition Half-Mile Swimming on the 1/2 Mile and Sea Mile.
In cooperation with the Italian Red Cross Prov. Pisa - Race under the auspices of the CSI (Italian Sports Center).
-October 16, 2021 (early afternoon) - Litorale Pisano- 20th Silver Sprint Triathlon City of Tirrenia (Pisa) Silvia Volpi Memorial
10:45-12:45 Race packet pickup c/o Bagno Roma Tirrena (PI)
12:15-13:25 Opening/Closing Changeover Zone (men and women)
13:30 M and F Athletes preparation in the BOXES for the race start
13:45 Men's and Women's Triathlon SPRINT race DEPARTURE on the instructions of the Referee Judge.

INFORMATION
-Swimming course: one lap of 750 meters;
- Bike course: 2 laps of 10 km each round trip;
-Running course: 2 laps of 2.5 km each round trip/return;
