On Wednesday, 8 March 2023, on the occasion of International Women's Day and at the proposal of the Minister of Culture, Gennaro Sangiuliano, admission for women to museums, archaeological parks, monumental complexes, castles, historical villas and gardens and other state-owned cultural sites will be free of charge.

At 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Museo Nazionale di Palazzo Reale it will be possible to take a guided tour on the theme 'Tales of women: from Maria Luigia Duchess of Parma to the peasant women of Terracina carrying large baskets'.
