In anticipation of Halloween, the scariest night of the year, the museums of the Sistema Museale di Ateneo (SMA) will accompany you through an increasingly scary path that will culminate in the afternoon of October 31 when you get to know real mummies!
The route will start with a ghost-goric afternoon on Thursday, October 24 at the Botanical Garden and Museum where you will learn to recognize the leaves of the large trees in the garden and make curious green monsters.
Saturday, October 26th, at the Egyptian Collections "Edda Bresciani" you will be inspired by the stories of ancient and dark mysteries of Ancient Egypt and you will create your own "terrifying decoration" to recreate an atmosphere of "fear" in your home.
It will then be the turn of solving riddles and puzzles on Sunday, October 27 at the Graphic Museum to defeat two evil witches in a castle haunted with talking pictures.
If you want to go to the Lucca Comics, on Wednesday 30th October, with the Physics Instruments Museum includes scientific instruments you will discover how much science is behind the science fiction and you will build incredible science fiction tools.
If you are all safe and sound, you will finally spend the afternoon of Thursday 31 October at the Museum of Human Anatomy “Filippo Civinini” where, after the transfer to Palazzo Lanfranchi, The mummies have reappropriated their home and they have something to tell you that you did not know about them yet!
