From 6 to 14 September, a photo exhibition will be held in the atrium of Palazzo Gambacorti by photographer and aviator Piero Frassi.
The exhibition, curated by Mario Nuzzi in his capacity as vice-president of the AeroClub of Pisa, covers more than 70 photos, all rigorously taken by the author from aboard his hang-glider and featuring the numerous natural and architectural wonders of our beautiful territory.
The exhibition, which has obtained the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa, aims to introduce more or less well-known corners of the Pisan province, observed from a different and unusual viewpoint.
One would exhaust the entire vocabulary of rhetoric, wanting to describe with adjectives the beauty of our landscapes, from the sweetness of the Valdera hills to the suggestion of the ancient Badie, the medieval fortresses and towers, not to mention the villages and the various Medici villas that further embellish our province.
During the course of the event, in addition to the author of the photos, members of the Aeroclub of Pisa will be present to give any information on the Club's activities.
The exhibition will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
