A dip in the varied and appetizing world of street food on wheels, with trucks coming from all over Italy, to create unique gastronomic offerings in squares and city centers. Staging this show is a selection of the best chefs with their mobile kitchens, ready to make a stop at selected locations, coloring them with their sympathy, the beauty of the vehicles and the scents of the best culinary tradition. The Street Food Festival is a highly attractive event in its cozy simplicity: good food, holiday atmosphere and the beauty of the trucks make it interesting for an audience of all ages and different interests.

 

In Pisa, in the splendid location of the Citadel Park, with 20 food trucks, two bars with a selection of commercial and artisan beers, dj set and the pleasure of a green spot. The aim of the event is to present the state of the art of Italian and international street cuisine, the knowledge of various gastronomic traditions, having fun enjoying different dishes in a holiday climate.
