The event ‘Pisa from top to bottom’ has been cancelled.
The beauties of the city admired from two unusual and amazing perspectives: Sunday, September 29 'Pisa from below and from above': a journey to discover the history of the city from the splendour of the Maritime Republic to modern days, starting from a boat trip on the Arno in the city stretch and ending up walking high up on the walls of Pisa to Piazza dei Miracoli.
PROGRAMME
- 2.30 p.m. meeting at Scalo Roncioni on the Lungarno Mediceo (in front of the San Matteo Museum);
- 3 p.m. embarkation and navigation on the river with the tour "Tour Lungarni", which will allow you to discover the history and architecture of the buildings overlooking the river, remembering 'Pisa as it was' when city life was closely linked to the life of the Arno;
- 4 p.m. descent to the Roncioni and reaching Piazza delle Gondole;
- 4.15 p.m. guided tour on the Walls of Pisa to Piazza dei Miracoli with descent scheduled for 5.45 p.m.
The event is a collaboration between the cooperatives that manage the walls of Pisa (CoopCulture, Itinera and Promocultura) and Top5Viaggi.

COST. Ticket at 20€ including boat trip with guide, entrance and guided tour of the walls.
The event will be confirmed when a minimum number of participants is reached and will be cancelled in case of bad weather.
