Pisa is back to live one of its most spectacular events: Sunday, June 23 from 7.30 p.m. on stage the "Dinner on the Middle Bridge"a cult event of the Pisan summer organized by Confcommercio Province of Pisa and Confcommercio ConfRistoranti Pisa with the participation of the Chamber of Commerce Tuscany Northwest - Terre di Pisa, the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa and the collaboration of the newspaper La Nazione, Fondazione ANT Pisa, Istituto Ipsar Giacomo Matteotti di Pisa, Associazione Cuochi Pisani e Fisar, included in the Arcobaleno d'Estate 2024 billboard of the Tuscany Region together with Vetrina Toscana.
An original and evocative event, the only one able to live an unforgettable experience between the breeze blowing over the Arno and the magical colors of the sunset. A dinner with absolute protagonists the typical dishes of the Pisan tradition, declined in a delicious menu based on fish: fresh pasta lasagnetta with cod and leek cream, octopus tentacle cooked at low temperature in sauce "Luciana" and dessert "Rainbow Summer"prepared by the chefs of Trattoria La Tortuga, Ristorante Osteria L'Artilafo, Pastificio Pasta dè Miracoli, Osteria Sottosella - Country Club Boccadarno, Ristorante La Pergoletta, Osteria In Domo and Associazione Cuochi Pisani. Coffee will be offered by Lavazza.
A part of the proceeds of the Dinner on the Bridge will be donated to the Fondazione ANT Italia Onlus, committed to the specialist medical assistance of cancer patients and cancer prevention. present at the press conference of presentation with the delegate Fondazione ANT of Pisa, Pietro Augello.
