Terricciola Wine: an evocative name for the history and tradition of this city linked by Etruscan times to wine production. Each year, the summertime calendar that moves to enhance the relationship between this wine town and its history focuses on the culture and vocation of a territory such as Valdera. In this context, the municipality of Terricciola (with the patronage of the Tuscan region, the province of Pisa, Wine town, jazz spirit, Terricciolaeventi and consortium The wine route of the Pisan hills, Natural Shopping center Grappolo, Job is Life) presents the tenth edition Of the White Night that the summer season of the village.

 

On the evening of July 1, art and culture will encompass the streets of Terricciola from 7 pm to 2 am for a sensory experience all round. The White Night, in fact, represents a 'picture' of this town, always appreciated by foreigners as well. So let's go to 'curl up' in the program.

 

In Piazza XX Settembre the usual tent tasting with wine tasting (rosé and bubbly) and tripe and lampredotto. On the Panoramic Terraces there will be the 'wine ice cream' and the tasting of distillates, chocolate. In the Church Square there is space for  bubbles (sparkling wine tasting) and White wine point. In the ancient village and in Piazza Matteotti there will be some local producers such as the Guido Nenna and the milk routes' cheese tasting.

 

On the streets of Barrique in barrique, the best companies in the province of Pisa will tasting their wines, and the associations and traders will set up a market to create a true path of flavors along the streets of Terricciola. But the White Wine Night does not mean just food and wine: to make the event frame there are going to be itinerant shows for the streets of the city jazz and blues music.
