The programme of the Giugno Pisano 2024 is a programme of events centred on the celebrations for the patron saint of the city of Pisa, San Ranieri.
The highlight is the night of the eve of the festival with the Luminara (Sunday 16 June after sunset on the Lungarni) and the following day with the Palio di San Ranieri (Monday 17 June from 6 p.m. on the Lungarni).
At the end of the month the Gioco del Ponte is scheduled (Saturday 29 June from 6.00 p.m. on Ponte di Mezzo).
GIUGNO PISANO 2024 PROGRAMME
"Sant'Anna Science Café 2024", organized by the Scuola di Studi Superiori Sant'Anna. Every Thursday of the month of June, the School of Higher Studies Sant'Anna opens to citizenship by offering scientific seminars popularizing monotematici (one per evening) completed by a more convivial moment with tastings/ aperitif and live music.
THURSDAY 13 JUNE at 9 P.M.
Valentina D'Amico, researcher at the Istituto di Scienza delle Piante of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, presents "Natural treasures, cultural treasures: biodiversity and resilience in the south of the world". Followed by tasting of craft beers and live music by Antonio Manzoni.
THURSDAY 20 JUNE at 9 P.M.
Giovanni Stabile, professor at the Istituto di Biorobotica of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, presents "Industry, environment, biology: mathematical models to understand the world". Followed by tasting of homemade ice cream and live music by Jevens.
THURSDAY 27 JUNE at 9 P.M.
Paola Tognini, researcher at the Centro interdisciplinare Health Science of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, presents "The microbiota for health and good humor". Followed by tasting of homemade liqueurs and live music by students and students of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

Walk 11 meters high admiring the beauties of the city. "Pisan June" themed guided tours. Double departure at 18:00 and 18:30 from Torre Piezometrica. Opening of the exhibition "Paolo Staccioli. A traveller fascinated by the ancient", which will remain open to the public until September 29 (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.).

FROM FRIDAY 21 TO SUNDAY 30 JUNE - VIALE DELLE PIAGGE (Dream Sports Centre)
"Pisa Roller Games", organized by Skating Academy Hospitallers Pisa ASD. Free sports event open to the whole community, aimed at the promotion of safety sports with a series of events dedicated to the main specialties of the discipline. The events more specifically competitive, will be accompanied by fun moments open to all skaters grass, amateurs and amateurs. Among the most anticipated events on Sunday, June 23 at 11.00 am on Viale delle Piagge (meeting at the roundabout "Il Tondo") open to all citizens, young and old, sports and not, with skates, scooters, skates, roller.

Gioco del Ponte. The Ponte di Mezzo becomes the scene of clashes between the two parts of the city and the "fighting" between "magistratures" ignite the hearts of the citizens. Exciting challenge between Tramontana and Mezzogiorno.
