Sunday 7 July sees the renewal of the appointment with Domenica al Museo (Sunday at the Museum), the Ministry of Culture's initiative that allows free admission, every first Sunday of the month, to state museums and archaeological parks. 

The Museo Nazionale di San Matteo will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (last admission at 1:00 p.m.), https://cultura.gov.it/luogo/museo-nazionale-di-san-matteo

• 11:00 a.m. Free guided tour of the collection by museum staff.

The Museo Nazionale di Palazzo Reale will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 (last admission at 1:00 p.m.), https://www.beniculturali.it/luogo/museo-nazionale-di-palazzo-reale

The museums of the Sistema Museale d'Ateneo will also have free admission:

• The Botanical Garden and Museum will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last admission at 8:00 p.m.) https://www.ortomuseobot.sma.unipi.it/;
• The Egyptological Collections will be open from 16:00 to 19:00, https://www.egitto.sma.unipi.it/;
